Single Session
A single coaching session gives you the chance to experience this work without a long-term commitment. In this 60-minute session, we’ll focus on what feels most pressing for you right now — whether it’s nervous system regulation, stress release, clarity around food and movement, or support with grief, overwhelm, or specific symptoms.
Vital Reconnection
A 3-month guided program designed to help you come home to your body, restore your nervous system, and rebuild the inner safety needed for genuine healing.
This self-paced program weaves together education, somatic practices, and mindful reflection to support your natural capacity for regulation and resilience. You’ll learn to listen to your body’s cues, release old patterns of stress, and cultivate daily habits that bring you back to calm and clarity.
You’ll receive guided lessons, somatic and mindfulness practices, holistic health education, and gentle journaling prompts + biweekly email guidance and support from me to help you stay connected and grounded along the way.
