Meet Megan

A certified Integrative Health Coach and Somatic Healing Practitioner with studies in holistic health, I am also someone who has walked the winding, ever-evolving road of healing myself—through chronic health challenges, long-term stress, and deep grief.

I believe true healing comes from reconnecting with the whole: body, mind, spirit, and the nervous system that ties them together. I’ve learned how vital it is to create safety in the body, to listen to its wisdom, and to honor the rhythms that bring us back into balance.

Through Vital Soma, I walk alongside others who are ready to reconnect with themselves, cultivate authentic living, and experience lasting vitality. There is no destination of perfection, only growth — I’m still on the path myself, and I believe the most powerful transformations happen when we walk it together.

My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you uncover the wisdom your body already carries, support you in regulating your nervous system, and create a safe space to explore new ways of living with more balance, joy, and authenticity. While I provide education, tools, and guidance, I do not offer medical advice or treatment. If something arises that requires medical support, I will always encourage and refer you to the appropriate healthcare professional.

  • I hold a Bachelor of Science in Holistic Health, certification as an Integrative Nutrition Practitioner, and training in somatic healing. I also bring lived experience of navigating chronic health challenges, nervous system dysregulation, and deep grief. My education, professional training, and personal journey equip me to guide with both knowledge and empathy.
